Terms of Service - Starpath AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Starpath AI platform. By using Starpath AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Starpath AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and agree to be bound by them.

2. The service

Starpath AI provides an AI-powered prospecting and outreach intelligence platform that integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and third-party CRM tools. Capabilities include intelligent prospect discovery, signal enrichment, relationship warming, and AI-assisted messaging grounded in your team's CRM, conversations, and deal history.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Starpath AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws - including data protection regulations and LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You must not:

Use the platform to deliver spam or unsolicited mass communications
Scrape or misuse LinkedIn data in violation of LinkedIn's policies
Attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or disrupt Starpath AI systems
Resell or sublicense the platform without our prior written consent

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and payment

Starpath AI is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

Starpath AI and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You retain full ownership of any data you import or generate within the platform.

7. Data processing

To the extent we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor under your instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starpath AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
